Krissy Swearingen
Owner/Founder

Krissy Swearingen has a certificate of completion in colon hydrotherapy from the American Institute of Natural Health in Phoenix, AZ. She has a business background having worked for Thomson Financial for 11 years in database development. Her passion has always been in health and fitness.

Krissy has 15 years of colon hydrotherapy experience and has been administering colonics professionally in the Twin Cities since 2005. She has vast knowledge of the digestive system and is eager to share her expertise with her clients. She has administered over 15,000 colonics and has witnessed many transformations due to changes through colon hydrotherapy, nutrition and exercise. Krissy specializes in working with each client to create and individualized “action plan”.

Krissy is a fitness and health enthusiast. She has run both the Twin Cities and Chicago Marathons, has trained with kettlebells and practices yoga.  She believes that one needs to have a healthy balance between proper nutrition, digestive, physical and spiritual health in order to maintain optimal health. She is here to help lead you on the path to complete wellness.

Amber received her Certificate of completion in Colon Hydrotherapy in July 2012 from the American Institute of Natural Health in Phoenix, Arizona. She is currently finishing her BS degree in Dietetics at Metro State University with a minor in Health and wellness. She has been in the medical field for over 14 years working in the areas of Radiology, Nutrition Services, Oncology, and the Emergency department.

Amber’s path to personal fitness began at an early age and has always been an important aspect of her life. She loves to run and just completed her first half marathon this year. She likes to stay active, so whether it’s working out at the gym, joining in on a spin class or practicing different types of yoga and Pilates, these activities keep her focused on how important it is to maintain an active lifestyle.

One of Amber’s greatest passions in life is assisting others to feel healthier, live healthier and to embrace the many wonderful benefits of mental and physical wellbeing. She believes that everyone can feel great and have more energy by incorporating healthy eating habits and enjoyable exercise into their busy lives.

“My greatest joy is to be able to work with people and design a healthy plan that will fit into each unique individual’s way of living.
